Meeting a Hero

President Gelwix removed Daniel's pocket square and put one of
his own mission tags in its place, saying it looked much better.

Daniel and Darion both love to play rugby, especially after seeing the movie Forever Strong   which is about a young rugby player who made some mistakes in his teens and was able to turn his life around under the tutelage of a wonderful coach, Larry Gelwix, played by Gary Cole. The real Coach Gelwix is now the Mission President here in Fresno, CA.  Daniel has been able to play 'touch' rugby with some missionaries with President Gelwix coaching.  He has given Daniel some great advice about getting fit and fast, but more importantly given both boys advice about staying out of trouble and becoming good strong men.
